REFUNDS
No refunds. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE. Your money will be refunded to you if service is refused.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
I do not accept same-day or emergency readings. All readings require at least 24 hour advance booking.
For pre-recorded readings, I require full payment prior to recording your reading. By booking a pre-recorded reading, you accept that the turnaround time from the date of your deposit to receiving the link to your reading is 7-10 days.
For live calls, payment must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so shall render the appointment cancelled.
I allow a grace period of 10 minutes for 30 minute calls and 15 minutes for readings longer than 30 minutes. After this grace period, it will be considered a no-show.
A no-show will lead to the forfeiture of your purchase.
RESCHEDULING
In the case of a rescheduling of a confirmed scheduled call, a fee of 50% will be imposed. From there, the client may choose another time to have the reading.
Please note that due to demand, vacant schedules for live calls may not be immediately available. You may sign up for a waitlist and be informed via email for vacant schedules, or you may reschedule at a time up to weeks ahead.
CANCELLATIONS
A 24 hour advance notice for cancellation is required for any reading. Failure to do so is a forfeiture of your purchase.
